It is extremely rare for a sequel that seems unnecessary on the surface to completely blow away its predecessor. This time we focus more on the movie than real world events, as we explore both the beauty and thematic depth that is Blade Runner 2049. We imagine if Ridley Scott had made it and wonder how you make a perfect movie better. We’re really enjoying this new conversational format for our movie dissection episodes, and I think this one flows especially well.
